As a broke college student with limited baking materials and ingredients, these are classic Duncan Hines yellow cupcakes with chocolate and vanilla frosting. They are decorated for spooky season and feature a Frankenstein, pumpkins, and spiders. I was inspired by Halloween and the urge to decorate something after watching The Great British Baking Show!
